Google obviously really wanted to make that clear. First I thought that was only a translational mistake but obviously the English, the German and the French version all contain this mistake… yes, looks like someone wanted to make that REALLY clear 😉

And just in case you are wondering why I’ve noticed. I am currently trying to reconstruct all the changes of Google AdWord’s TM policy for my thesis… and well yes, there have been at least been three changes since April 2004…
